Welcome! This is an exploration of YogaGlo, a popular yoga website based out of Santa Monica, California. As an avid yogi and a current Ph.D. student in Rhetoric and Composition, I am curious about the ins and outs of this new media platform. This website is an attempt to unpack some of the details of how YogaGlo works to foster community and promote fitness in an online environment. I suggest starting with the "Theoretical background" and working from left to right; however, feel free to move around this site in any order you want. After all, just like yoga, online exploration is an individual journey.
